1-year workmanship warranty across Manitoba
Every sealcoating job we complete is backed for one full year against workmanship issues.
What's covered
- Premature peeling or lifting of the sealer caused by application
- Uneven or missed coverage within the sealed area
- Crack filling that fails to hold due to workmanship
- Finish and edge lines not completed to the standard quoted
What's not covered
- New cracking or settling caused by the underlying base or frost movement
- Damage from vehicles, chemicals, fuel spills, or power steering scuffs
- Normal wear and gradual fading over the season
- Areas we identified and documented as unsuitable prior to sealing
- Gravel driveway grading — grading is maintenance on a loose surface and is not covered by the sealcoating workmanship warranty
