What Stonewall homeowners ask us

My driveway is 300 feet long — how is that priced?: By total surface area, not length. We measure length times width on-site, so a long narrow driveway can price lower than a short, very wide one. The size brackets above cover it up to 5,000 sq ft; beyond that we quote in person.
Do you bring gravel with you?: We don't supply gravel as standard. Many gravel driveways still contain usable material sitting in the shoulders. If yours genuinely needs more, we'll say so at the quote and you can arrange a load before we come.
Will grading fix the dust problem?: It reduces loose surface material, which helps, but grading is not a dust suppressant. If dust is your main concern, that's a separate treatment and we'll be upfront that grading alone won't solve it.
Can you grade around a well head, culvert or septic field?: Yes — point them out at the quote and we'll mark and work around them. Knowing where the culvert ends matters especially, since driveway entrances are where they get damaged.
Is it better to grade in spring or fall?: Both work. Spring fixes winter damage before the summer; fall leaves you with a well-shaped, well-draining surface going into freeze-up. What matters more is moisture in the material on the day.
