Clay-driven cracking

Very common on driveways where a vehicle sits in the same spot for years. Heavy oil spots have to be cleaned and primed or the sealer won't bond, and we'll tell you honestly at the quote if a stain is too saturated to hold.

- Yes. We mask the dividing line and seal only your side. If your neighbour wants theirs done at the same time it's usually cheaper for both of you.
- How long before I can park on it?
- Foot traffic after about 4 hours, vehicles after 24 hours in normal Winnipeg summer weather. Humid or overcast days extend that, and we'll tell you on-site rather than guessing.
- Do you work in back lanes?
- We can seal or grade a private rear parking pad accessed from a lane. The lane itself is City property and isn't ours to work on.
